I have found great passion in creating the colors and textures which eventually bloom into a bold, vibrant flower.

Being inspired by vivid colors and dimensional texture, flowers provide a beautiful palette for me to explore. For me, flowers have always induced feelings of joy, peace and warmth. These feelings are what I try to capture and convey through my paintings.  In painting these flowers, I feel as though I have bloomed internally as a person, a mother, a friend and an artist.  I am grateful every day for the opportunity to share my passion for art and flowers.

I am actively involved in encouraging others to explore their path in art.  I am an instructor and volunteer at the Plymouth Community Arts Council and teach hands on workshops throughout Michigan.
